These days we hear about men who change their gender and identify as women, transgender individuals who are allowed to compete in various music events and who, to top it all off, are often awarded prizes for their artistic “performance,” and about teenagers who want to change their sex, risking permanent physical damage. 

We live in a society where we’re under constant pressure to change our language—to stop talking about boys and girls, men and women—and to eliminate the pronouns “he” and “she” from everyday speech. Using the wrong pronoun when addressing a transgender person can lead to trouble, or even years in prison in the so-called “democratic” countries of Europe.

This new, imposed direction is undoubtedly a sign of the decline and collapse of civilized society. A society that forces such teachings on children is one headed toward self-destruction.

All of this is part of a broader assault on the order established by God in His creation. From Genesis, we learn that God created us in His image and fashioned our bodies as male and female: “God said, ‘Let Us make man in Our image, after Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the sky, the livestock, all the earth, and every creeping thing that moves on the earth.’” God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea, the birds of the sky, and every living creature that moves on the earth.”’ Therefore a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh” (Genesis 2:24).

Therefore, God is the Creator who made human beings in His image—male and female—of the same species, but with physical differences necessary for the procreation of the species. Procreation occurs through a man and a woman who unite in sexual union, sanctified by God within the marital relationship between a man and a woman. These differences are necessary for sexual union and procreation. You are born either male or female, and you cannot change this. Men have XY chromosomes, and women have XX chromosomes. This affects our entire body, not just our sexual organs.  

        The Apostle Paul wrote in his Epistle to the Romans that those who deny the Creator end up denying His commandments and living in defiance of His moral order: “The wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all godlessness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in their unrighteousness. For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them. Indeed, His invisible attributes—His eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen since the creation of the world, when one contemplates them carefully in the things He has made. Therefore, they are without excuse, for although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor did they give thanks to Him, but they turned to futile thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened. They claimed to be wise, but they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for an image resembling mortal man, birds, four-footed animals, and reptiles. Therefore, God gave them over to impurity, to follow the desires of their hearts, so that they dishonor their own bodies, for they have exchanged the truth of God for a lie and have served and worshiped the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen. For this reason, God gave them over to vile passions; for their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature; and likewise the men abandoned the natural use of women, became inflamed with lust for one another, committed shameful acts with men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error. Since they did not seek to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to the depraved desires of their own minds, to commit acts that are not permitted. Thus they have become full of every kind of unrighteousness, of sexual immorality, of deceit, of greed, of malice; full of envy, of murder, of strife, of deceit, and of malicious intent; they are whisperers, slanderers, haters of God, insolent, arrogant, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents, foolish, untrustworthy, without natural affection, unyielding, and merciless. “And even though they know God’s decree—that those who practice such things deserve death—they not only do them but also approve of those who practice them” (Romans 1:18–32).

This applies fully to our society and explains why we have reached such a deplorable state.

Moreover, projects aimed at transforming human beings into “gods” in our own image represent an open rebellion against God, for God created us in His own image and likeness.

Current technological progress has laid the groundwork for an identification mark imprinted on human bodies, through which access to society and transactions are permitted.

And in the past, people all united in a single purpose to build the Tower of Babel in order to make a name for themselves and construct a tower whose top would reach the heavens. This project was a direct defiance of God, resulting in His intervention, when He confused their languages and scattered them throughout the world. He saw how humanity rose up against His will to create a monstrosity. 

Today, there is an even greater threat, and God sees in projects of this kind a humanity driven by the same rebellion that led to Babel—behind which lurks the evil power of the devil. 

Our only solution is to return wholeheartedly to God, our Creator, Redeemer, and Judge, who revealed Himself in Jesus Christ and who can save for eternity those who repent of their sins and believe in the Gospel.

All other solutions proposed by the global elite will bring us nothing but more trouble. In any case, they will not bring us closer to God. The mainstream media is subservient to the financial interests of the global elite and will not question the way the global crisis—which awaits us all soon—is being managed. Those who do question how the crisis is being managed will most likely be removed from social media platforms and labeled as “conspiracy theorists” who spread fake news.

A “digital dictatorship” based on “under-the-skin surveillance” technology brings to mind the scenario prophesied in the Bible, where we are told that the final form of earthly rule, before the return of Jesus Christ, will be one in which people’s ability to buy and sell (in other words, to participate in society) will depend on their loyalty to the ruling power of the “beast”: “And he caused all —small and great, rich and poor, free and slave—to receive a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, and that no one may buy or sell unless they have this mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name. Here is wisdom. Let the one who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. And its number is: six hundred sixty-six” (Revelation 13:16–18).

However, when sin becomes more sinful than in Sodom and when people come to exalt themselves worse than in Babel, God will not delay in sending His judgment upon the earth: “After this, I saw another angel coming down from heaven, who had great authority; and the earth was illuminated by his glory. He cried out in a loud voice, saying, ‘Fallen, fallen is Babylon the Great! She has become a dwelling place for demons, a prison for every unclean spirit, a prison for every unclean and hateful bird, for all the nations have drunk the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have grown rich through the abundance of her luxury.” Then I heard another voice from heaven, saying, “Come out of her, My people, so that you may not share in her sins and so that you may not be struck by her plagues! For her sins have piled up to heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities. Repay her as she has repaid you, and give her back double for her deeds. Pour into her cup double what she has mixed! Just as she has exalted herself and reveled in extravagance, so give her torment and grief! For she says in her heart, ‘I sit as a queen; I am no widow, and I will never know what sorrow is!’ For this very reason, in a single day her plagues will come: death, mourning, and famine. And she will be completely consumed by fire, for the Lord God, who has judged her, is mighty. And the kings of the earth, who committed adultery with her and indulged in luxury with her, will see the smoke of her burning and will mourn and weep over her. They will stand at a distance, afraid of sharing in her torment, and will say: ‘Alas! Alas! Babylon, the great city, the mighty city! In a single moment your judgment has come!’” (Revelation 18:2–10).

Therefore, we must “come out of Babylon” and dedicate ourselves to the Lord Jesus Christ, the only One able to save us from the judgment coming upon the earth.  At the Lord’s coming, He will bring the Babylonian world system to a complete end and establish His righteous kingdom, where there will be peace and justice. Amen!
